FYI - these were consented a while ago and are a good part of the way through construction. They are all going to be owned by Haringey council and rented out on council rents.

They're quite a way through construction. Initial impression is that they're quite sympathetic to the surrounding properties rather than just banging some flats in.

Had a look at the plans on line - good sized rooms instead of the rabbit hutches that are normally developed and a lot of attention to outside space.

Hi All

These are council houses being built on the site - for families. The original scheme, from before 2018, was for a housing association development, but I am very delighted these are council homes on our land. Ward councillors were consulted about the designs and we were clear they needed outdoor space too for the families.

They are currently under construction so let's hope they are completed without delay.
