My sister introduced me to dandelion leaves. They make a nice cuppa tea..

I am told that rabbits and guinea pigs are very fond of dandelions.  I have plenty if anyone wants to come and dig them up for their pets.

Dandelions also make for a very decent boiled greens dish often served in Greece

Yep I decided to embrace dandelions this year and have some good ones in my wild flower "lawn". They are great for bees but I do try to take the heads off before they set seed though...
