Builder recommendations - Nick Courtney, Patrick Magdziak, Martin
Hello
Has anyone had any experience of these guys? (Martin is a sub contractor for Anthony Pepe). Be brilliant to hear of any recommendations / concerns. It's to repair a ceiling.

Patrick has done decorating jobs for me in the past, including repairing a wall and ceiling. He is conscientious and trustworthy. The others I don't know.

Patryk did some work in my front garden - removed old concrete, repaired and rendered the wall, and built a new cedar fence from scratch. He was very easy to communicate with, was very tidy, and did an excellent job. He also gave us a long list of references.
I don't know the others.

Patrick did a really tricky repair to a broken stair tread and later installed a second handrail. Great job.

Patrick helped us out when a cowboy builder left lots of work undone or done so badly that they may has well have not bothered, repairing and fixing things to make the bathroom useable. I’d recommend him

Yes, Of Patrick. He is fantastic - done various small jobs for me, - insulating a roof, blocking drains from rats etc, as well as carpentry. And is very reasonable. Can recommend! Barbara
