ARSON—skip fires in Haringey

In a US context, I've heard of dumpster fires, but this morning a neighbour told me of a fire begun in a nearby skip that I had missed.

He said there had been 10 such fires reported in Haringey. He said they happen in the wee small hours and may be started by someone wearing a balaclava.

Has anyone else heard of this?
