Any good local Yoga classes?? teachers??

Hi Susie

This post here has some suggestions - I've not tried the yoga classes at the Hidden Spaces but I really liked their pilates class and its a lovely place to go to ... If you put yoga into the search box at the top right corner of the home page a few other suggestions come up (at a local church for example, but I'm not sure how up to date this is).

Hi Susie,

There are classes in the Methodist Church hall at the bottom of Hampden Road on Saturday mornings and Wed evenings. They've had a break during August but next classes are Sat 5 Sept and then the following Wed. Not sure of times, sorry.

Hello, there is an ashtanga class held at Fitness First near Sainsburys, Monday evenings 8.35-9.35 that's open for non members & costs £6.00.

I had always done Hatha or similar yoga before so was a bit unsure about joining an Ashtanga class but the teacher is lovely and welcomes all abilities.

 Hi there , my name is Noemi  and I'm starting a new class from 15th of October  Mondays 7-8 pm in at the  South Harringay  school ' s swimming pool. The venue is cosy and warm and mats are provided . First class is free!!. I teach Hatha Yoga

hi ya

I've been going for 3 years to Anna's classes at St Pauls Church hall, top of Cavendish Road, Tuesday evenings. I hate to miss a session! Lovely flowing hatha yoga. There is also Shirley, very good as well, same venue on Mondays.  First class is free for both. 

Anna also planning to do Slow Sundays sessions from end of October. Can send her and Shirley's details if interested.

Are the yoga classes at St. Paul's still running? Can you send me the details? I realise your original post is quite old but am hoping the quest is still alive, for yoga classes on the ladder?
