Some soft and cuddly DUP Voters Michael.

Indeed, Eugene, I take some masochistic delight as England's imperial chickens come home to roost on the green benches and shite all over this green and peasant land. But I guess they'll have the green painted over in no time. Meanwhile, alas, the Magnificent Seven by their absence have made May's half-afterlife a little easier.

The Office for National Statistics has London & the SE subsidising every man woman & child in the Wee Six to the tune of £5,440 per annum. I expect that'll grow a little...

Well, overseas colonies have always been expensive. Whatever happened to The Honourable the Irish Society which used to organise London's Livery Guilds to finance the Ulster Plantations. The most startling thing is that Jezza got a Blairesque share of the vote but without the support of the Murdoch press. Does this mean we are nearly finally free of a handful of press barons deciding our political leaders for us? Let's hope so.

Almost surprising how little an impact Osbourne's Evening Standard had on Londoners - the edition on 7th June was particularly horrendous! Appears social media is 'king'!
