Looks like they stopped a car in the middle of the road and interviewed the passengers. Police cars blocking the front and the rear of the car. Ppl were not allowed to walk past on the side walk. Looked quite serious.

Damn serious incident obviously with folks not allowed to walk past on the side walk. Did Faux News or CNN cover this?  Which part of the US did this block-the-box gridlock transpire in anyway? Sounds like downtown NY.  Whiteman Road??? Anywhere near Blackboy Lane?
