Or Tottenham Marshes;

1. single room for young man on the lock;

2. large property with plenty of utility space
3. River side property with potential mooring
4. And then there's the stunning opportunity with the 'mudlark'.

Ha ha mat i used to live on hale wharf (your picture above) there are three huge dutch barges there now. My 18 foot cabin cruiser kept me warm safe and dry for two years (sigh)
