Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Visitors parking permits - no phone number?
I have ordered 1 hours visitors parking permits on the 23rd December and those arrived just after New Year no problem.
I have also ordered 2 hour permits on 30th December and so far no sign of them. I have emailed the parking permits twice so far on the 12th Jan and 14th Jan and nothing apart from standard automatic reply.
(1) Is there a number I can call and actually talk to someone? As clearly email does not get me anywhere.
Now for the life of me I can not find the envelope with about 50 one hour permits that have arrived, the 2 hour ones never arrived and I have someone coming tomorrow morning and have no permit for them.
(2) Has anyone maybe got some 1-2 hour permits I could possibly borrow please and give back when I either find the ones I got at home "somewhere" or the other ones I ordered arrive?
That would be for Florence Rd, N4 - thanks a million if anyone can help.

This is not the first time this issue has come up!
I will be raising it with the Parking Service, Customer Services and whoever is responsible. It's really not acceptable service to residents and causes lots of hassle and frustration. And its not like residents have any choice in this matter!
I will let you know what replies I get about how the service can be improved.
