Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hello all

I have a traditional encaustic tiled pathway. There are a few tiles missing and it seems as if the path is dipping slightly. Has anyone refurbished a front path? Any recommendations?

Many thanks

Veronica

We had ours done a couple of years ago - Barry Gregory. Very very pleased and highly recommended.

Over time the concrete base begins to break up and there is no short cut....it all needs taking up and relaying with a new concrete base and new tiles. Karen's link is probably just fine, but I found the quotes from specialist companies eye-watering and put the job on Ratedpeople where tradesmen quote for the job. ie you put your photo up and the dimensions. I supplies the tiles(just plain quarry tiles, but saved a lot) This was a few years ago so don't have the tilers details....

Thanks Philip

That's a good tip. I have some tries that I managed to save so that may be a way forward.

We are about to get ours done Kevin 07890556156.
He comes highly recommended and priced well and has been very helpful.
My Wife's cousin and I recently tiled my path. If you're looking for any pointers I'd be happy to oblige.
