Concert for Bangladesh is Special, it was the first Band Aid type Gig organised by George Harrison, I've only seen footage through Chanel Four, and YouTube but have played it many a time on vynyl years back. I had to have it on CD for Russel Leon's Jumping Jack Flash which Mick allowed them to use for the concert.

It's Ringo's birthday, he's been campaigning for people to come together to celebrate his birthday, by promoting peace and love, I think he has been an irreverent yet positive presence in British culture and I wanted to share his hopes and aspirations. You'll just have to fill in the gaps.

Half of the Beatles, Badfinger, Leon Russell, Eric " fatboy " Clapton, who'd been sewn into his suit, Jesse Ed Davis.

When they bounce into " Wah Wah," it just lifts.

Brighten up your Friday night and gave a look at whatever you can find from the concert online.
