Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Over the last month or so I have noticed a couple of people who I believe are 'waiting for the man'.

If anyone else has noticed similar I suggest you keep a log of any sightings where possible and forward them to the SNT and the Ladder Safety Community Partnership. I know there was a thread quite recently about syringes being found in Fairland Park and I think it's possibly related to these individuals.

On three occasions this week I have seen the same 2 men (plus one other) who wait in Falkland Road, near the passage and by NHP in the early evening for 20 minutes or so each time. Both are white males, very gaunt, dressed in hoodies/tracksuit clothing, and wear baseball cap style hats - one wears a distinctive black flying helmet type hat.

I don't feel they are a threat to anyone as they both look so ill tbh - but who knows about 'the man'.

Well, he's easy to spot because he's all dressed in black, PR shoes and a big straw hat

Tom Lehrer - It's the old dope peddler
With his powdered ha-happiness.

Joking aside, thanks for the heads up Angela.

They sound like the same ones I see waiting on the Mattison Rd planters by SHP on occasion. I can't say how many times over the past few months but frequently enough that I've noticed.

Really wish you folks would bone up on your Beckett - Sam, not Thomas.  As always with pairs of gaunt, 'eastern european looking' strangers chewing tarragon as they haunt the Ladder rungs, you'll find they're invariably called Vladimir and Estragon and they'll always tell you they're 'en attendant Godot'.  Absurd, isn't it?

Not even the opium of the people ?
