A note from Israel, from Alison Prager of Hewitt Road in my inbox this morning:

I hope to work for a NGO dealing with ending the occupation, by the way. At the moment I am in the offices of the Israeli Committee against House Demolitions (Palestinian houses, that is). Just to clear that one up.

I've asked Alison if she'll keep us up-to-date on her experiences over there - but let's see. I'm sure she'll have her hands full.
