I have friends visiting tomorrow for the weekend and I've just looked at my parking permits and discovered that the last scratch-off year on them is 2015.
Is it still possible to use these? Obviously I don't have time to purchase any more online.

I don't think you can use them. Not helpful for tomorrow, but you can request an exchange of your permits - I recently emailed Traffic Management about this and the response is copied below:
"Please return your expired vouchers and a covering letter to the address below for consideration based upon the terms and conditions on the reverse of the permit. Once we have these the team will make a decision and respond to you.

Thanks, that's a kind offer. I need either a weekend one or enough to cover Friday afternoon and all-day Saturday if at all possible.
I've spoken to the council and was told that you can return them to be exchanged for new ones but you can't use them as is. You will get a ticket.
I seem to remember being told by Haringey that you can use them - but wise to check first. You should be able to get through to someone on the general number, 020 8489 0000
I think this is what I was thinking of - you can get them replaced if they're less then a year old.
