Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Knitting group?
I was wondering if there was a local knitting group going in Harringay? I've seen something online from a few years ago about a group that met in the Salisbury but can't find anything to suggest it's still going. If not I'd definitely be interested in setting one up if there was interest from others. Ideally in a pub or coffee shop somewhere local once a month or so. Let me know if there's something already established I can join or if you'd be interested in joining a new one?

Hi Jo,
There is a WI-based group that meets in the Salisbury at 7.30 on the 1st Tuesday of the month (next one is next week).
However, I'm sure there's be an appetite for more, or a daytime one -- do let me know if you decide to set up a new group, I love a knit (understatement).

Hey there is a group in the beehive on Tottenham High Road who meet on a Tuesday monthly. The next meeting is Feb 16th at 7pm

Hello, you might be referring to the Hatters - the Haringay and Tottenham WI. They meet at the Salisbury on the first Tuesday of each month, and will be there on Tuesday the 2nd - see http://thehatterswi.webs.com
