Brownouts/Electrician needed

I don't suppose anyone on the ladder has been suffering electricity brownouts in the past few days? My lights have started flickering and appliances turning on and off.

If not, can anyone recommend a decent electrician? Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately Ed is busy until March! I've found another suggestion from the forum and will see how that pans out.
