Recommending Plumber - Neil Protheroe
NOTE: I can no longer recommend Neil, I've posted information about why here
After seeing some recommendations on here for Neil, I contacted him to help with some work on some plumbing work on the flat I'd just moved into.
He did a great job, turned up on time, and even charged less than his original quote as the work didn't take quite as long as he originally thought. I found him very approachable and more than willing to explain the work that he had done.
I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber and he will be my go to guy for any further work I need.

He came and did a quote. Fixed the time etc and he didn't turn up yesterday although we were in email contact the night before. I have been unable to get him on his mobile. Does anyone know what has happened ? I am concerned that he is ill ? HELP

I also used Neil today after a burst pipe and broken boiler - he was quick, honest and very reliable. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone in the area.

I've used Neil 3 times now. Reliable, friendly, conscientious, honest and best of all extremely capable at solving your plumbing problems.

I've also used Neil Protheroe a couple of times and both times he's done a great job. He's reliable, fairly priced, local and a nice guy. I'm now renting out my flat and I plan on using him if I need advice or repairs with anything.
I'd definitely recommend him to others.
