Yes same here on Pemberton - microwave worked very slowly for dinner tonight. UK Power Networks are responsible but nothing on the website so I have reported an issue

yeah we noticed the microwave as well. i wonder what they are doing/ have done...all those problems. totally unacceptable.

Spoke with UK Power network. Seems to be a faulty transformer in the area. They thought they'd fixed it. The fault causes low voltage in the area. They advised me to switch off microwave, laptops and also the boiler as changes in voltage can damage the internal circuit boards. They are on the case and hopefully will fix it soon. Told them that Pemberton was also affected

Same low voltage for us on Pemberton Rd so our boiler doesn't work. When we called the power 0800 number last night, they said the work was completed and that it was a problem specific to our house. We are on a elec line connected to Mattison Road (according to engineers who visited in 2012). The boiler came on again this morning at about 830, but I bet it will be off again this evening when more power starts to be used.

Just spoke to UKPN who said they expected it to be fixed at 6pm tonight

Our voltage was ok at 10 last night when we turned on the central heating, and fine this morning as well.
