Vietnamese restaurant next to Salisbury

It looks like the Vietnamese restaurant next to the Salisbury will open after all. I saw a sign of human life there for the first time in months. (The building has been empty and all building work stopped as they couldn't get the permission needed to serve food). I had a brief chat with the gentleman working in the building who said that it will open as a Vietnamese restaurant, but does not know when. His English was far from perfect, so I hope we didn't misunderstand each other. So if anyone has any more firm information, please let me know as it's easier for me to go there than all the way to Vietnam for my dinner.

I'd love it to happen too. But I'm willing to bet that it won't. It's over a year now that they've been saying this. Hard not to think that if was do-able they would have already done it. I'll buy the four of you dinner there I'm wrong!
