Friends of the Theatre at Alexandra Palace have organised a day of Xmas sale
This Sunday, 7th December 2008, 11.00 am - 5.00 pm at Alexandra Palace Theatre foyer
(next to the ice rink, entrance next to the big mast and car park)
- Sale of local Art, Craft, Gifts and Bric a Brac
- Tour of the theatre itself
- A 'Choir of Angel' will perform around lunch time
- Refreshments will be available at the entrance of the foyer
The event is organised to:
- Raise awareness of the Alexandra Palace Theatre
- Raise funds to host future theatre events
and introduce the idea of community use of the theatre space.

I'll be there with my friend Nic. We have a table at the fair and will be selling handmade beaded jewellery on greeting cards (a bit of a sideline of ours!). Sounds like it going to be a really good day. Hope to see lots of HoL peeps there!

I'll be there selling computer-related nerdy items on a table. There'll be about 20 tables in all to choose from. Regardless if you've come to check out the goods for sale from local residents, the big draw will be, for those who have not seen it, a huge, original Victorian Theatre right in our Borough and hidden away for decades.
If you've got ideas for it use and even better, its refurbishment, do get in touch with the brilliant Bring-and-buy Bric-a-Brac Brain, Anastasia Christofis.
