Need a short Vine or video making - job for a teen?

I need someone to make a short video or Vine for me to share on Facebook. I want it to be like the ones shared by Sheepig on their Facebook page (see the one for June 12th here: https://www.facebook.com/sheepig.ltd?fref=ts).

The content would include things like melting chocolate in a pan.

I'm thinking this could be a small job for a teenager on school holiday but I'm open minded. Doesn't have to be amazingly slick but needs to look competent/professional.
