Does Homebase Harringay have a sofa show area?
Hey all,
I regularly scour the fantastic HOL for events, recommendations and local gossip, but this is my first post!
You're going to think me incredibly lazy... but... quick question... I'd like to test out a Homebase sofa I've seen online and, not being able to get hold of the Green Lanes (Arena Shopping Park) store on the phone, I wondered whether any kindly souls on here could save me a wasted outing (I am without vehicle) by letting me know if they have a sofa show area inside the shop (or whether they purely offer the sofas online).
Not being very DIY oriented/greenfingered (as in a rented flat with no garden!) I've never ventured inside there.

Hi Johanna. I hate putting my neck on the line but I have seen sofas on display in the upstairs part of Homebase. There are bathrooms, kitchens etc. up there. By putting my neck on the line I mean that I am afraid you will go up there and the particular sofa you want isn't there. Good luck.

The Harringay store is one of the company's showpiece new look more home furnishings, less DIY-oriented stores. So my guess is that they do.

I love that Homebase. The other day they had 15% everything, which at the Habitat concession was applied on top of any sale prices they were offering.

The 15% off days are pretty regular so if it's a full price day it's worth asking the staff when the next one is and holding back your purchase until then.
