Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

All quiet on the election front?

Dunno about the rest of you but here in Harringay ward I've had a quite few bits from Labour, one leaflet from the Conservatives and nothing from any of the other candidates. Have they given up before they've even started?

They are canassing. In winnables like Hornsey! FPTP is a crazy system.

That's fine.. but don't go around trying to police the world by saying you're democratic.

Your system isn't.. It may have been alright for betting in the 1780s, but not anymore. This election might prove to be it's downfall. We'll have to wait and see.

I agree that first past the post is also well past its sell by date but if those candidates who wish to change that don't get on our door steps we're stuck with it.

We're on Vale Road, and nothing at all has made it this far. In fact, don't think I've ever seen an election leaflet in my three years here. Time to secede to Hackney or Islington!

The Green Party has been actively leafleting in the Tottenham constituency and we would be very pleased to know any roads where people have not received any of our literature so we can be sure to cover it. We are hoping to have every street covered with our second card before 23 rd April but would really like to know what streets haven't yet received our first. Hi Philip, I've had leaflets from all the main parties and from TUSC but none from Green. Tiverton Rd, N15.
