If you've been affected, please follow the steps we've outlined. If that doesn't seem to do the trick, please let us know and we will pass on your details for investigation. We really want to make sure you're getting the mails. So please DO let us know.

and thanks for the detailed list of advice.
All the right boxes were already ticked.
I checked with my ISP, and they told me nothing was being blocked their end. I also checked my ISP's Webmail and the junk folder there, but still nothing. Nor in my Outlook junk folder.
I then changed to a Gmail address in my Profile, and started receiving updates there.
I then added the 4 addresses you mentioned to the Whitelist in my ISP's Webmail and tried to change my email address back from Gmaii to my regular one in my Profile, however, the verification email sent for me to confirm that change has not arrived. Only an email to my Gmail address, instructing me to verfify the change with the email that hasn't arrived in my regular account.
I'm puzzled...

Happy to look into this further, but it looks like part of your message might not have come through. If you can provide the email address of this member and what they aren't receiving, we can look into this further.
