Sorry to hear that Sam. It seems like the way we send the email is a bit clunky and from time to time people report not getting the Friday Ketchup. We had a more reliable option in the past, but as membership grew it got more and more expensive and we could only have carried on with that if we asked people to make regular contributions. We figured that wasn't going to happen, so went with Ma Clunky.
