Hi there, I have two large bags of mixed items for give away
There are loads of books -all sort, old fashioned clothes, lamps, ect
All the items are freshly washed by me, stitched, repaired and some are up-cycled.
Please contact me if you are interested in anything and I'll pack the bag for you and leave in our front garden with your name on it.
We live only 4 mins walk from the clock tower.
Happy Christmas!

I wonder if any of the local food banks might take some of the items you've mentioned, to pass on at Christmas? I know the Booktrust charity is giving books to food banks to hand out as gifts; these might be welcomed too.
They were probably donated by HoL readers in the first place.... but bless you, someone will take the lot for family Christmas presents.
Lesley was looking for donations for Christmas presents for torture victims
I believe someone in Crouch End is also collecting for an Old Age Care home, where most of the residents are dementia patients and get no visitors or Christmas presents. She's put the details up in the CEAS on facebook, and I think the dropoff point is the Earl Haig Hall
