The Care Quality Commission has today launched a statistical assessment of the risk posed by all GP practices, and hence their priority for inspection, from 1 to 6.

Bridge House receives a bad score because it is appalling! I finally left a few years back because I just couldn't take it anymore. Time and time again I complained to them about the how impossible it was to get an appointment, the rudeness of the front-desk staff, and the total lack of professionalism but it just fell on deaf ears. I am pleased to see them score poorly. Maybe they will finally be forced to improve but at least people will be made aware of how dreadful they are
