Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi all,

First time poster, long time viewer.

I am trying to find a local football club for my 4yr old. Nothing too serious but happy to have some recommendations. He is into his football and I feel he will benefit from the social and fitness aspects of playing football. Weekends are ideal. I have seen an old post on here but that is four years old, so I just wondered if anyone had any recommendations.

Many thanks

The YMCA in Hornsey organise excellent 1-hour sessions for kids 4-5 (nursery) every Saturday morning at 10am at the astroturf pitch at Hornsey School for Girls. They can then progress to a different class as they move through the years in school - our 9-year old in Year 5 has been there since he was nursery age. It's very much geared for kids of all abilities so would be ideal. Pop into the YMCA and they can give you more details.

Great thank you!
You could stroll down to Chestnuts Park around 9am Saturdays - there's regular coaching and games taking place all morning
Thanks Shaun, went to Chestnuts today and was impressed, so we will give it a go and see how he gets on. Lots of kids there of all different ages enjoying themselves
