Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Harringay's Superainbow
As we were heading out last night, we spotted a wonderful rainbow over Harringay. I didn't have my camera with me but grabbed this iPhone shot at the top of Allison. (I didn't realise till a bit later that it was in fact turning into a double bow, so sadly clipped most of the upper bow.
Was anyone out and about with a proper camera yesterday evening?

This is an effect I've noticed in my rainbow pictures before (the different colours of sky). I have one of N15 somewhere but for now you'll have to make do with one evening on the isle of Islay
Bit blurry as the original's on a hard drive somewhere.

I'll bet two rainbows together are a lot more common than we realise. I took the attached in Liverpool a couple of years ago but noticed the ghost rainbow only when, prompted by this posting, I looked at it again.
