like most people, I've cursed the W5 when I've been kept waiting but the driver today (about 5pm from Archway) couldn't have been kinder he remembered that my 5year granddaughter had dropped her favourite toy (a little green car) in the bus several days ago and he had looked after it until he saw me again thank you, she will be so pleased Sally M

Sally, if you choose, you can say thank you to TfL via this form (if the link works).
It gives the opportunity to say when, where, why etc you had particularly good service.
TfL aim to pass it on to the bus operating company and the driver, who would appreciate it I think.
