Continuing my perusals of the local property market, I was intrigued to notice that according to Messrs Kinleigh, Folkard and Hayward, Crouch End now appears to have annexed much of western Harringay. When did this happen...was there a referendum...has The Ladder signed some sort of favourable trade agreement with their neighbour...

Outrageous! This is WAR! KFH are the estate agents that tried to let their empty office in Harringay to a Bookie from Malta.

Aha! So that's why we're getting Creche Enders turning up in Green Lanes in their droves! They're welcome, of course - I just hope they go to the little independent cafes as well as the big 'all you can meat' establishments.

That's it!!!!. Time to barricade the footbridges over the railway.
I'm thinking we raise a flag above the Salisbury, declare indipendance and ask Putin if we can be a protectorate.
That should sort them out!

KFH have had a few of their properties around the surrounding areas listed as crouch end. They also had one on avenue road recently. False marketing at its best.
