Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Has anyone ever used Fredericks of Wood Green to design, supply and fit a kitchen?

Would you recommend?

For a firm that has been going for decades, they have a remarkably light internet footprint and I can't find any reviews-  good or bad.

Their website is not very enlightening so I will go down and have a look at their show room but would be good to get some feedback from happy or unhappy customers.

Or any alternative suggestions? I'm considering Ikea etc too but they are just about to relaunch their whole kitchen range so hard to know what it will be like.

Am looking at the more budget end of things- kitchen is small but awkwardly shaped.

We used them. Really helpful and knowledgeable. We only got a oak wood top for the kitchen, but they recommended fitters - who turned up on time and did the job well. I know its unheard of in London.

We used them and their fitter Brian who we have used a lot since for other things. Very happy with the product and service in the shop and the fitting and I would say its similar price to Howdens/ikea/wickes etc. The good thing was you could see how much each item cost on the price list rather than them coming up with a number so could get rid of things that added a lot of cost. We got the electricals in Top Discount Palmers Green and they didn't mind.

Has anyone used these recently? I was planning to get in touch with them but there seem to be suggestions online that they've gone bust.

I noticed last week that the shop on the High road is closed down.
