If you are a cyclist, make a resolution to STAY OFF THE PAVEMENT

If you are a motorist, make a resolution to only drive OR talk on the telephone, NEVER BOTH at the same time   it should be possible to prosecute offenders if there are several witnesses

I've seen children scared and upset after falling in the wake of selfish cyclists and motorists who don't think how dangerous their behaviour is.
