The Indy picked up the amazing UFO installation story. Interviews headmistress Helen Connor and credits the clever parent who made it. Brilliant.

Muswell Primary first did this last year....
Yes I'm not a primary teacher but I'm guessing that its part of the curriculum to create a creative writing day. Last year, South Harringay kids came to school to school to find a giant egg on a nest.
What is interesting about NHP is both the quality of the workmanship by Spacedog (and they must have been delighted with the spooky foggy morning) and the speed with which it spread across Twitter and was picked up by the news networks making it to the Huff Post within hours, the local papers within a day and now a national newspaper. The power of social networks is a force to be reckoned with. I'm v glad to see a Haringey school getting such positive coverage from the media, especially as its in Harringay
NHP has been doing various creative writing days for a number of years but, as Liz says, this one went international School has been contacted from all over the globe.
I loved reading this story, and how wonderful for all the children at North Harringay Primary....
Another HoL story makes my day - mind, what would my old 1948 head teacher have had to say!
