That does sound odd. Can you send me a screen shot of what the screen looks like just before you go to send.

What browser are you both using? Have you tried in a different browser?

Will try and do the screen shot.  I'm on a MacBook using Safari.  I'm definitely signed in!

If you are using mobile device, are you sure that you are signed in?

I have the same issue.

I also can't reply to individuals in a discussion.

I'm using a mac.

Hi Hugh, I've had this problem for quite a long time though. If I try to send a message I get a window with http://be69479622 Harringay. ninggadgets.com. There seems to be an error please contact the Help Centre at http:// help.ning.com
A further window then comes up "error loading configuation". I eventually get the window to message you and there is nothing unusual about it however it just won't send.
I use a Mac

Okay, I hear the issues. I'm working on a possibility that may help find an answer. I suspect it may be a hardware/software interface issue which is beyond my ken. I'll need some help. Remind me if I don't get back to you in the next few days.
