Lost cat? red collar, plastic 'snood'

Has anyone lost a cat as it seems to be stuck in my garden. Its a smallish tabby with distinctive red collar and a plastic contraption around its neck, I assume to stop it scratching...

.....its no longer 'stuck' and hopefully is on its way home.
