Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi does anyone know of a local cookery class, either vegetarian or vietnamese? HALS doesn't do cookery courses but I wondered if there were any others out there?

I am pleased to attach the recipes for "Cooking for Health" sessions for 26th April 2013.

If you have not joined the classes, please urgently contact  Dipak, Kanwal or Hina on Tel: 020 8889 6938 or email:  info@asiancentre.co.uk if you need to enroll for the course or need any further information.  The details of the course are as follows:

Day & Time:  every Friday from 1pm to 2.30pm.  They are held continuously throughout the year in a block of 6 sessions.  You can join these classes at any time.

Venue:  Asian Centre, 8 Caxton Road, London N22 6TB.  Parking facilities are available for the students.

Fees:  The course is FREE for Haringey residents.  For non Haringey residents the fees are £15 per course of 6 sessions.  Subject to availability you can join individual sessions for a fee of £4 per session.  (Each session is a complete tuition for the recipes cooked on the day and includes a taster session at the end of the class.)

Teaching Instructor: Mrs Geetu Sethi is a Dietician and a Naturopath.  She will provide you with numerous health tips and highlight the nutritional aspects of each recipe and its ingredients.  Related health documents and recipe details are emailed to the students on a regular basis.

This course is highly beneficial for housewives, health professionals as well as for those who are studying to acquire catering qualifications.  Find out how to combine fresh, everyday ingredients into tasty international dishes which support key aspects of health.  From hormone balancing recipes to digestive supporting salads, steamed dumplings to energy packed breakfasts.  This course is brimming with fantastic ideas and information about some of the world's healthiest as well as tastiest foods.
