An excellent independant local estate agent is Brian Thomas in Green Lanes. They sold my flat a few years ago I was so impressed by the service I bought them a bottle of Whisky! I don't imagine many estate agents receive gifts...!

This does seem very droll indeed.
Looking at the top of Seymour Road, Anthony Pepe are certainly one of the worst offenders for keeping advertising signs up outside their properties on a more or less permanent basis.
The other offender is Brian Thomas. The odd thing is that they maintain the properties so poorly, it seems odd they wish there brand to be associated.
