Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Looking for a recommended roofer

Hi, wondered if anyone on HOL could recommend a roofer? The roof on my parents house (West Green area) needs to be replaced completely including the joists. With such major work needed I would definitely prefer a recommended tradesman rather than scouring the Yellow pages!

Horncastle and Son (website above). Were recommended to me , and they did a complete new roof including new skylights.

You might also want to try Ian Enstone, who I used after getting his details from this site. He had a much better service ethic and actually bothered to get up on the roof and assess the problem. Horncastles had a quick look through a window and reckoned they could do me a whole new flat roof for about £5k. Ian had a proper look and realised the problem wasn't with my roof at all, it was with my next door neighbours. Came and sorted it out the next day. Ian is also a delight to deal with. I can see why he's had so many recommendations on the site - do a search. His number is 07828 906737. I believe he does general building work too so I assume he could do the work. Worth giving him a bell anyway even just for comparison purposes. Hope you get it sorted.
