If you're new to the area or a long term local, we can all use a bit of downtime.
The Langhan Club is now taking membership applications.
If you want a watering hole for a quick drink after work or somewhere to socialise in a family friendly environment, why not come for a look-see.
Friday 15th Feb we are holding a (fun) quiz night, come and join us.
Any enquiries re: membership, phone 02088003057 and say Bob invited me!
If not just call in and see us, you are welcome and we don't bite.

A great place for Darts, Pool or Snooker. Cribbage also played there.
Yes we have a few crib players and a Monday night crib team (sometimes looking for new blood)
Can fully support Bob in his invite for people to pop along and see what is on offer.
Plus- we can think about what we can offer the club in terms of making more use of it as a community venue. It makes a good party, get-together venue. I had a birthday party there plus a book launch.
hope the members start piling in!
yep, Carla is right and she and her family are great Langham club members. As long as I've been going to the club, she has been there and has been very helpful to me as I've got to know the club.
Well I have never heard of the Langham, so I googled it and all i could find was hotels and bars in central london. Can someone give me a post code please?
They don't have a website yet unfortunately but Bob is working on that I believe! It's right on Green Lanes itself, down from Turnpike lane about 10 min walk or just up from the Salisbury pub. There is bus stop right in front of it, the Beresford Road stop. Cant remember postcode off hand but there are other postings about this club on this site with more info if you do a quick search. Hope you can come along.
A bit more info on The Langham. We are situated on Green Lanes, between Park Rd.& Colina Rd. (opposite Medlocks/ Lightplan). The sign outside says Langham Working Mens Club, but don't be put off, the "Working Mens" part is just a hangover from the dim & distant past. The address is 600 Green Lanes, N8 0RY.
Thanks to Carla for mentioning the family friendly aspect of the club.
Two smart people should be enough. I think it is a maximum of four. Good Luck.
