Having had a lovely starter of Whitebait followed by a delicious dish of Penne Calabrese last night, I would like to remind members how good and underrated Bianca, the Italian restaurant at 419 Green Lanes, is. They also do fantastic pizza. It's very good value, and I've never been disappointed.
Here's a link that shows location and front:
Bianca on Google - Reviews etc
but I also took a photo (not a very good one, admittedly) inside last night:

Yup, their pizza's not bad at all - good place for a quick bite
Another thumbs up for Bianca. My wife and I try to go a couple of times a month, as we love their pizzas. Plus, it's a nice break from the kebab restaurants, although it's a bit worrying how empty it is most of the time. It would be a real shame if it closed.
Pizza is great but I can't say the same about the pasta, I don't think it is fresh pasta. Service is always good.
I actually particularly like their pasta dishes, and I'm VERY fussy...
We love Bianca and are quite regular diners and take-awayers, you can call in an order and it will be ready in 10 minutes. Great place for an early dinner with kids too.
im Turkish my Sister-in law is Italian she will be so pleased it makes a change from all the Turkish/Kurdish Restaurants in Green Lanes....lol
Over the years I have had many pizzas (pizze) at Bianca and they are fantastic. They are made the Italian way too. Absolutely delicious. Renato
Resurrecting a very old thread - having recently moved back to the ladder, I’ve popped into Bianca a couple of times for food and both times have been surprised at how empty it is. Decent food all round, friendly service - and yet always empty! Admittedly their decor could be more inviting but I’m generally surprised it’s not more busy, particularly given the lack of other Italians down this end of Green Lanes.
