I have a Tecnik VL2.2 oven whose operating knob has worn out. Can anyone recommend a person who can find and fix a replacement, please?

Thank you very much for your kind help, Lynne.
Spray WD40 into it. That often frees up switches, rotary knobs etc when they get a bit sticky or stop working. Much cheaper than a replacement! There's not much around the home that can't be mended with a can of WD40, a Swiss army knife, and a roll of Duck tape.
