Art should say something. This is decoration.

Art always says something, it's just that it's difficult to understand. This doesn't. (I got A level Art Grade 2 in 1976 so am well qualified to comment)

Compare it to the Banksy of a child slaving over a sewing machine producing Jubilee bunting. That's what I mean by saying something.

Doodles on the edge of a page - But not very good

Quite clever the way it interacts with the shadow but...doodles.

I like it. Art, doodles, decoration, whatever, Harringay is nicer for it.

It's a bit "Under the sea....under the sea"

Looks interesting, don't what to make of it. The artist seems to be saying something, but its a bit difficult to decipher. Still don't think that makes it less of an art. Art means different things to different people.

cool...where was this?

I like it - it's kind of cute and isn't a hideous school kid's 'tag'.

Even though it does look a bit like a child's drawing

“People say graffiti is ugly, irresponsible and childish... but that's only if it's done properly.”
-- Banksy

(Thank god for google eh?)

There's something similar on the estate on Warwick gardens too.
