Are they just hovering over there, or circling?  There's probably quite a few about generally tonight because of the Paralympic Closing Ceremony (police, TV, etc.).

They (or maybe just one) were hovering around Lordship Lane. I heard there was a lot of police action near The Gym on Lordship Lane, too. Perhaps the two are related.
