Ooh, that's rubbing it in a bit.
And my team, Cov City with the same colours as Man City has been relegated to Division One. I may have to leave this discussion group to go and lick my wounds!

too true.. a bit of fair play would be nice. Teams like Cov would have had a fighting chance of staying in the Championship but every time we got a good player, we had to sell him.
Man City certainly flashed a lot of cash didnt they so it would have been odd if they didn't win something major this year.
But football all big business now unless we turn out for the local teams, the amateurs etc., those who are in it for the game and not the money.
