Renewing Permits
Hi All,
Has anyone had success using the online system to renew permits? No matter how I try and pay, it comes up as unauthorised. Is this the reason for the upcoming system maintenance?

Hi, I've used the online system to order visitors' parking permits and it worked very well, and I received the permits in the post today, just 3 days later. I'm not sure though if this is the same system that you have tried to use to renew permits.

I had some problems of a different sort, but was able to pay okay.

It was fine for me also. I registered a while ago to buy some visitors permits, which worked ok for me but was a really clunky system. I renewed my residents permit about a month ago and luckily did it on a day my old printer was working. But you do have to watch because I was pretty sure I'd selected the 'please send me the permit' option rather than the 'print' option and it still directed me to print.
