Hornsey Street Audit
A group of Hornsey residents, led by Chris Barker of Haringey Living Streets recently did a street audit of Hornsey High Street looking at the street scene from the point of view of pedestrians.
Attached is their report. The recommendations are being taken forward to the Council.

Good report & the authors are to be commended for their initiative and thoroughness. I have to say though that I hope the council will carry out a traffic flow analysis before implementing the recommendations on 20mph speed limits and pavement narrowing. There is a fair amount of congestion during rush hours already and it would be unfortunate if this were to increase.

Great report...and some really constructive recommendations.
Reference the Tesco, I think the loading bay is sometimes being used by motorists who shouldn't be parking there at certain times in the mornings, this could be making the time taken for deliveries to be longer as vehicles have to park some distance away. that's what I've noticed as I've been passing, anyway.
