Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
What's your favourite Christmas Carol?
We're putting together a list of Christmas carols for St Paul's Christmas services. What's your favourite carol and is there a particular reason why you like it? We'll be singing carols at Harringay station and outside the church on Friday 16th December between 6 - 7.00pm and might even have some mulled wine on hand.

On reflection (and not to be outposhed by John D), can we be without Stille Nacht or Veni, Veni Emmanuel ? And to keep any old Romans happy, maybe Hugh's first choice should launch as Adeste Fideles. And hoping for a nice snowdrift for Boxing Day (or Stephens's Day as they say in Dublin), Good King Wenceslas .

I love in The Bleak Midwinter - for the poetry adn Hark the Herald - remember hearing it as a child - thinkinbg how exultant it was. So many I love ... Personent hodie - bit of Latin always good

I love the words of "It came upon the midnight clear" - they seem to carry such a message of hope (though I'm not a Christian). Traditional (English) tune please.

oh so many but this year i am liking I Saw Three Ships, Hark! The Herald Angel Sing and although its not a carol, White Christmas.
