He can also claim under the Riot Act for the damage, as long as he meets the time limit ie within 14 days.
I'm trying to dig out some great photos of Mr Biber taken a few years ago by a Belgian cousin.
David Cameron's statement today will mean the time limit is extended to 42 days. So it should mean some compensation for Aaron Biber and other traders.
But just a small note of caution. While we can all admire Mr Biber's courage and determination, there's something not quite right about having separate funds based on the media focusing on individuals. There are lots more positive stories. And may more people whose property and businesses have been badly damaged.
