Mooching around on Twitter yesterday, I was amused to have the following shared with me by an American tweeter who feels that maybe all non-British people should be issued with a copy at British airports.
Looking at it, I had to admit it is uncomfortably close to the truth. What do you think?

Like others have already mentioned.. I'm looking for that 'like' button.. :o)
I dislike 'I hear what you say' most.. usage that has come about since I left the UK. Similarly, 'bear with me for a moment'.

The 'incidentally/by the way' one is a classic. A ten minute conversation about something and nothing and then just as you are about to go/put down the phone, you get hit with whatever it was they actually wanted to ask/tell you. (However, I must admit to using a few of these myself, especially with the kids I'll bear it in mind meaning no way on earth and I hear what you say meaning...er...no way on earth)
